Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Indeed
{Image: E! Online}
When you’re rich as heck living in Calabasas (remember when Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey were so happy there?), you don’t just donate money to charities as your “good deed”, you adopt a homeless guy for a day and give him the royal treatment!
Watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians over the past couple of weeks (I’m sooo addicted by the way), I really thought that the Kardashian sisters were just being spoiled, trying to make good TV. Okay, they were being spoiled brats just trying to get a homeless guy off their store corner. But, I gotta admit, these girls did give us great TV and proved us (and themselves) otherwise.. FAST!
After a semi-heartfelt chat with Mom on what to do about the situation, Khloe decides to take their new charity case, Shorty, home to get him cleaned up. Okay, that was nice (and totally crazy) of them to take a strange man home that could very well rob them the next week. Let’s just see what happens next, shall we?
They did all the things I would have imagined them to do: give him a shower, clean clothes (Bruce’s, of course), a meal, and at most, a haircut. But these girls really surprised me when they took him to the.. dentist?! Yes, you heard me – the dentist.
And in just a day (or minutes thanks to the magic of TV editing), Shorty had a brand new set of pearly whites when he left the doctor’s office. I gotta say, the sisters really surprised me. They seemed genuinely happy to help a brother out in his time of need. They got him cleaned up and lookin’ good, feeling a little more confident, and dropped him off at a local shelter. Who knows, we might be seeing Shorty again in his own reality TV show on E! thanks to Ryan Seacrest. He’ll hit it big and will never have to roam the street corner in front of Dash ever again.

I love the Kardashians! Kim is the prettiest one hands down, it’s like she isn’t even related to her sisters haha! Oh and thanks for the comment beautiful! It takes me anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 when I apply my makeup, or at least just my EYE makeup! LOL, it takes longer sometimes when I am trying a new look and I want to change it up or don’t like it so I start all over, or sometimes just trying to get the blending right on one side to match the other, etc.
But I have had mornings where I woke up hella late and still had time to come up with a fab look in less than 10 minutes!

Hey Vanessa!
I love the Kardashians too! I love looking at all of their makeup. Khloe is actually my favorite, she’s so snippy and witty, I can never wait to hear what comes out of her mouth next!
I can get out of the house in about 15 minutes too when I do the same makeup I always do. But if I’m looking to play around, it takes me much longer.. 45mins - an hour!
Happy Friday girl!

Ooo– ran into Shorty this morning at an event in downtown LA for local homeless folks. I don’t think he’s doing so well and I couldn’t tell if he still had his new dentures but I think he’s back to living rough. Poor guy.

Oh Ale - That’s so sad to hear! He seemed like such a cute little man and I was really rooting for him. Hopefully he’ll be able to turn it around for himself
Thanks for stopping by!
