Westman’s Final Collaborations for Lancome
Gucci Westman is moving on from Lancôme but not without giving us some amazing collections over the past few years, beginning with her first color collection, French Riveria, which debuted in Spring 2005.
From the Gucci Westman and Lancôme’s collaboration, my favorites have been the fun Pout-á-Porter lipsticks she and Lancôme have brought to us from the runway, making high-fashion beauty looks a reality for all women.
Her final two projects will be the Spring 2008 L.U.C.I. Color Collection and the Thakoon Pout-á-Porter lipstick. Check out more details on the 4th installment of the Pout-á-Porter series here.

Waaah?!?!? Wait, was Westman’s collaboration with Lancome preordained a two-year stint, or was there some sort of falling out with the folks at Lancome? Man, I’m going to miss Gucci Westman (but not her tacky-assed first name). Lancome should be smart about this and shop around for a new celebrity make-up artist; they should totally poach Pat McGrath’s ass from Max Factor – I mean, look what she did for Giorgio Armani!

I know! I’m not sure what’s going on with Gucci leaving after just 3 three years of creating collections but hopefully Lancome will get another fabulous makeup artist to give us more awesome collections!
Hope your wrist is feeling better MandyPandy!
