Lancôme’s LE Pixel Pink Available NOW!
Remember a couple of weeks ago when we got to test-drive Lancôme’s final Pout-à-Porter Lipcolor in Pixel Pink? Well have I got an exciting announcement for you, the moment you’ve all been waiting for – Color Fever Shine Lipstick in Pixel Pink is available online right now.
On Monday at Thakoon’s Fall 2008 show, sponsored by Lancôme, the models were the first VIPs to receive the lipstick. Here are a couple of them showcasing their new Pixel Pinks – gorgeous no? The beauty look was a very modern, pink geisha in my book – I loved it.
Pout-à-Porter is a celebration of Lancôme’s support of emerging designers. The previous three lipsticks were created for Behnaz Sarafpour (Fall 2006), Proenza Schouler (Spring 2007) and Peter Som (Fall 2007). Hopefully, even with Gucci Westman’s departure from Lancôme, they will continue to bring us future additions to this gorgeous collection.

TY… Lilian.. I did get the Pixel and it is luscious. I have reworked my whole makeup scheme around my new haircolor (from blonde to copper red), and this color works perfectly. I am now in the hunt for a redish-golden-coppery brow powder.. anyone know of a nice one (nice meaning not red auburn, and not dark!). Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I love the use of the MAC schematics, I use them myself to show others how to combine color on my web site.. but the originals of these were from an old MASTER.. Kevin Aucoin. May he RIP.

I’m not sure which brands have a brow powder that would match your hair and skin tone but I’ve been using Shiseido brow duo compact for many years and I love it! I think there are three compacts with two colors in them so you can mix and match to get a perfect shade. Have you tried it?
