Just Call Me Suri!

suri-hair.jpg

Well, mainly just my coworkers call me that.

Because I’ve done it – I’ve gone and had all my hair chopped off.

I never intended to make such a drastic change when I made my hair appointment with my regular stylist last week. I was just going in to touch up my color (boy the roots were bad) and give my tresses a little trim. But when I walked into the salon and sat down to get my hair washed, Cecilia (colorist extraordinaire) gave me a hair magazine full of short hairstyles, and I got inspired. No, not by Suri; actually, it was Paris Hilton in Sunday’s premiere of Pop Fiction.

Now, I’ll be honest, I’ve been thinking about making the change for about 6 months now, and told myself I’d get it cut after my cousin’s wedding last November. It’s now March and spring is upon us, so I thought, “What the heck? Why not? Let’s DO it!”

I was quite taken aback with how calm I felt with the decision to cut my hair. Normally, women make drastic changes when they break up with a boyfriend or break the heel off their favorite Manolo’s, etc. Me? I just really want to be like Paris Hilton, LOL! ;)

Are you ready for before and after photos?

Here I am yesterday morning in my MAC Beauty Powder FOTD -

Here I am after I got off work and back from the salon! Holy cow, I still can’t believe it!
