LORAC Best Dressed Face Palette
Gosh, it’s been so long since I’ve purchased anything from LORAC. It’s not on purpose either, mind you. I used to work in the cosmetics and fragrance department as Macy’s long, long ago where I stood right next to the LORAC counter.
Carol Shaw has gorgeous shadows and I’m proud to say I own a few (Joy is gorgeous!). But since those days, LORAC counters have been few and far between for me, since I don’t frequent the department stores in downtown San Francisco as often as I’d like to. Stonestown is just right down the street from me, yo – can you blame me?
But when my Sephora email newsletter came through a couple of weeks ago with LORAC’s new Best Dressed Face Palette ($37 US), I knew that this is one I wanted to get my hands on.
The limited edition, exclusive-to-Sephora palette comes with six neutral and spring-ready eye shadows plus one rosy-bronze blush to complete the look. Carol Shaw, creator of LORAC, says “It’s the actual palette I’ll be using to glam up my celebrity clients on Hollywood’s big nights.”

This palette is breathtaking but I passed because I have too many similar colors. It was pretty hard, though!

Hi Beautytalk,
Happy Friday! I also have a lot of similar colors, but it’s nice and convenient to have what you need in one palette. I may end up passing too, but it’s just so pretty!!
Do you have any fun plans for the weekend?
