There are often times when we hear a story that touches us so much we want to do whatever we can to help.

A fellow blogger, Shannon Nelson from A Girls Gotta Spa!, recently shared with us the story of a 7-year-old girl, Meadow Quinn, with a disease called Neurofibromatosis that has forced her to eat via a feeding tube since she was 18-months. Now, Meadow has an opportunity to go to a 4-week feeding clinic at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia that can help her learn how to eat like any other kid and help her come off this feeding tube. However, the cost is $70,000 and Meadow’s family cannot afford to pay for the feeding clinic.

So far, the family has raised $42,000 and now Shannon Nelson is auctioning off some very limited edition MAC items to help raise additional dollars and get Meadow Quinn one step further to their ultimate goal – to be able to live a life as normal as can be.
