CityLips night treatment has been the only one that has worked for me. I think it was even given the seal of approval from Good housekeeping. It works by helping your lips keep in moisture which is really the key to plump full looking lips. Keeping in mind that you can't really go past your natural fullness without cosmetic surgery help.
