Benefit’s “Operation Erase” for Earth Day

Want to do your part by helping your community and environment on Earth Day this year? Benefit Cosmetics is making it so easy for us, there’s really no excuse!
Tomorrow, April 22nd, Team Erase Paste will venture out to three locations across the U.S. – San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City to brighten up the city and “erase” graffiti from park benches, picnic tables and anything else that’s been defaced. If you can make it out, Benefit’s street team will be at the following spots:
San Francisco – Osage Alley and 24th Street
Los Angeles – Jesse Owens Community Park, 9651 South Western Avenue
New York City – Skateboard Park under the Brooklyn Bridge @ Pearl Street

I wasn’t crazy about Erase Paste itself, but it’s nice to see that the ‘Erase Paste’ team is doing this. More cosmetics companies should engage in such works.

Hi Mandy,
I just sampled a little bit of the Erase Paste at the counter over the weekend and it didn’t wow me either. It seemed to be a little dry and settled into the fine lines on my hand. There’s no way I’m putting that on my face
I agree that it’s great that Benefit is doing this community work – and I’m sure that more and more beauty brands will catch on soon enough!
Hope you’re having a good Monday, girl!
