Some of you have emailed and commented asking what that beautiful shade the model here was wearing and I can now report that she is wearing Deluxe Lip Pencil in Almost Nude ($18.50 US), Colorscope Lip Color in Wisteria Cream ($17.50 US), and Moonbeam Reflective Gloss in Solstice ($17.50 US).

I’ll say that I was really hoping to be able to recreate the brilliance of the lip color, but when I tried the combo, I was disappointed that it wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. However, the pinky nude color that I got is one that I do like a lot – if I hadn’t had any expectations. It really is nice for daily wear.

I also really love the texture of the lipstick. It’s really creamy and luscious and doesn’t dry out my lips at all. The other thing I really liked about it is the fact that I can get even color with one swipe, perfect to keep in your purse or pocket for on-to-go situations!

Hope you have some fun Saturday plans today! It’s going to be really, really warm in San Francisco today (80 degrees!) so the Boyfriend and I are going to pack a picnic and spend the afternoon at a park after we go for a stroll down San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf. I think I’m going to have to change out of this turtleneck, don’t you agree? ;)

Then later this afternoon, I’m heading off to the Chanel counter to check out their new Summer collection!
