I apply lotion to my skin first. It ends up taking just a tiny bit longer for color to show, but I've been able to completely avoid any kind of streaks or patching. Thankfully! I mixed it with regular lotion to help it go on a lot easier and to reduce chances of streaks. I loved how fast it dried though. :) We need it here in the Bay!
