People Magazine’s Hottest Bachelors of 2008

So I was getting ready for work this morning, watching the Today Show (of course) and happened to watch the segment on People Magazine’s Hottest Bachelors for 2008.

My first thought was - Oooo, I wonder what sexy, sultry, well-rounded man it’s going to be this year? George Clooney’s newly single again, although too old for my taste. Yes I know.. some of you know I have a thing for Matt Lauer and he’s an older man too. But I’ll save that story for another day… So who made #1 on People’s list?

Turns out, after the 3-second suspense, People Magazine named Mario Lopez their Hottest Bachelor of 2008. Really?! Mr. Beefcake AC Slater himself? Maybe it’s MTV’s way of promoting the new season of America’s Best Dance Crew premiering, uh hello? Tomorrow night! The boyfriend cannot wait! We’ve been watching a ton of reruns. I digress.

The thought of Mario Lopez as the hottest guy I could potentially date made me almost gag as I was putting on my lipstick. I like the idea of Mario recreating the sexiest men’s photoshoots of past years. But, if this photo is a little too much for you, wait til you lay your eyes on Mario’s version of Burt Reynold’s infamous nude photo on a bear rug. It’s horrid, I tell you. Marky Mark on the other hand.. yumm….

Personally I’m totally into these guys People put on their list: the Hustle ‘n Flow “meng” Terrence Howard and yummy Maroon 5 crooner Adam Levine.

Who’s your pick for the Hottest Bachelor of 2008? If it’s not in the poll, let me know in Comments!
