I had a birthday dinner to go to in the evening as well - at an Italian restaurant no less - so my plan of action for these past couple of days was to try to eat everything in moderation. I ate about 1/2 of the taco and maybe more than half of the fries. For the ice cream, I had just the ice cream and tossed the cone. I was definitely trying to skim where I could, for sure! Hi Anne,
