Dazzle It Up at the Movies!

glamour-od.jpg

Today some friends and I are going to the movies for a double feature. We’re going to watch the new Batman movie and Stepbrothers — I can’t wait to see both since I hear that Heath Ledger is amazing as The Joker and Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly really fire it up with laughs throughout the movie!

Since we’re going to be indoors for most of the day, I’m going to keep my makeup mostly simple but definitely dazzle it up with MAC Dazzleglass lip gloss. These babies give a super fierce sparkle to your pout, and although some might argue that the glitter is too chunky, I definitely think there’s always a time and a place for this high-wattage shimmer. This includes Christian Bale and Heath Ledger on the big screen.

Today I’ve got on Glamour O.D., a kind of scary bright corally pink shade in the tube but applies on as a sheer, brighter pink with gorgeous flashes of that dazzly shimmer that’s really starting to grow on me. Dazzleglass even has good staying power to last through a few handfuls of popcorn and Sour Patch Kids!

So what are your Saturday plans today? I’ve got to run and get a few things done before my friends get here for our movie day!
