MAC Cult of Cherry: Creme Cerise FOTD
Is it just me or are the names of the colors in this collection super cute? Bing, Rich & Ripe, and Cherry Blossom. I love that it encompasses the theme of Cult of Cherry perfectly. However, I will admit, when I saw the colors named Creme Cerise and Liqueur I didn’t really get it. So I whipped out my super internet investigating skills and googled Creme Cerise. Low and behold, it’s cherry flavored liqueur! It all comes together now 
Creme Cerise lipstick is a lustre shade (my favorite formula!) and is a neutral tan on my lips. If liked the N Collection you’ll definitely love this shade. Here’s an FOTD I did quickly for work today using my Tempting Eyes Quad with a little bit of the Sharp on the inner lid for a little subtlety.

I agree with Nikki. I liked the toned down use of Sharp. I’ve been seeing FOTD previews from this line with colors that were way too strong for my taste. It was nice to see this softer look.

Sometimes if you go Wednesday nights and ask for it, they might sell it to you. Depends on the MUA, I think – sometimes I come across unpleasant ones that won’t help me… boo! Are the MAC girls at your counter nice?

Last time I was at the MAC counter here the MAs were kinda snobby. However, when I went into the department store where the MAC counter was, at the same mall, they were really sweet. So I prefer to go to the Dillard’s MAC counter than to the actual MAC counter at my mall, because of the difference in treatment I receive!

The thing that I love about the lustre formulas is that it’s not drying. I think that this one will suit you well – it’s not uber drying but I’d recommend reapplying every 3-4 hours.
What was the last lippie you got from MAC again? I remember you talking about it, but it’s completely escaped me now…
