Not by any sort of thougt actually. I was just getting the Seche Vite and since I needed a base coat I got that one as well. I'm happy with both. I have read that some people have trouble with the Seche Vite, but I love it. I think it's easy to apply, my polish gets super shiny and it dries amazingly fast! But I was looking at it just 20 minutes ago wondering if I should try and layer som pink glitter over it :D It is very shiny on my nails, but then again mostly anything is because my Seche Vite topcoat makes everything shine!
