Give Your Lips a Pop: Givenchy Pop Gloss

Bring on the glitz and glimmer, baby, because the holiday season officially kicks off next week with Thanksgiving and so it’s time for me to really pull out my new holiday makeup goodies and shine!

For this season of celebration, Givenchy is introducing two new shades of their Pop Gloss Crystal lip gloss ($23.50 US) that really hit it out of the ballpark in the shine and shimmer department.

Rose by Night (above) is a cool, icy pink shade with fine flecks of glitter that catches light at every angle.  I love this color paired with a dark green or navy smoky eye but the formula is a little thick and sticky, especially compared to the other release from Givenchy this season, Plum by Night (below).

Plum by Night is a pretty raspberry with cool undertones and even prettier purple and blue shimmer.  This shade is highly pigmented and the formula is nice and lightweight, making it a great stand alone gloss.  Today for lunch with my old co-workers, I’m going to pair this lippie with a gray eye.

Givenchy Pop Gloss Crystal lip gloss ($23.50 US) in these two new shades are available exclusively at Sephora and are waiting for you to adopt them in time for Turkey Day next week, double yum!!
