Oodles of Curls: Too Faced Lash Injection Pinpoint Mascara
I’ve been a little obsessed and have tested quite a few mascaras over the past few months.
From the ones you read about here on The Daily Cookie like Givenchy Phenomen’Eyes and Lancôme High Définicils to the ones I’ve tried but haven’t posted on such as Estee Lauder Turbo Lash and Dior ‘Diorshow’ Iconic, I now think that I may have found my go-to mascara for a very, very long time to come – Too Faced Lash Injection Pinpoint Mascara ($19.50 US).
The three things that I look for in a good mascara is length, curl, and soft touchable lashes – crunch is totally out! Too Faced Lash Injection Pinpoint is the latest addition to this indie brand’s mascara line up and delivers everything I want my lashes to be.
On the first day I tested this mascara, I was so shocked at the level of curl I was able to achieve that I ran into the bathroom and started taking photos immediately. I mean, just look at how curled up those babies are!!
The wand is pretty small which allows me to coat my lashes with Pinpoint’s exclusive 3D polymers in a couple of swipes vs. just one. This may sound a bit inconvenient but I think I prefer it so that I can take care to pay attention to each individual lash and get the length and curl I want.
By far, Too Faced Lash Injection Pinpoint is my favorite new mascara. At nearly $20 per tube, I will definitely pay the extra bucks to get the ultimate curl this tube of goodness gives me.
Too Faced Lash Injection Pinpoint Mascara is now available at TooFaced.com, Sephora and Ulta for your shopping pleasure.

Is it easy to apply? I often feel like I dip the wand into a mascara bottle, and then brush up and out a few times and then dip and do the other eye.
I’ll keep this mascara in mind
I was also planning on trying Bare Escentuals Magic Wand Brushless Mascara. I tried to pick it up at Sephora, but they were out >.< So I went to the MAC counter to grab some Pro Lash instead.

Hi Decorative Diva,
Yes, I’d say that this is pretty easy to apply! I do the same, I dip the wand back in the tube to do each eye so that I get the same amount of product for each lash.
Wow, BE brushless mascara? Sounds intriguing!! Let us know what you think of that one when you get your hands on it.
Do you like Pro Lash? I haven’t really had significant results with any of the MAC formulas.

I need to check this baby out! I tried the original Lash Injection and was semi-impressed but felt like I needed more. The smaller wand may please me!

The Pro Lash is ok. It’s better than the crap I was using before. I’ve just not had a lot of luck with mascaras lately. The Muse recommended the Bare Escentuals to me, so I wanted to buy that but when Sephora was out, I was too overwhelmed with choices so went back and got a MAC staple from the MAC store, and it’s only ok. It doesn’t wow me. I think it looks better than a lot of other stuff I’ve tried this year. However, I was eyeing the Too Faced Lash Injection and I should have just bit the bullet and tried it. I really like their eye shadows

Nice curl! Lately I have been using MK’s mascara and I really like it. Works well and doesn’t flake.

Hi Brittany,
My friend had the same sentiments when she tried the Original Lash Injection. Hopefully when you try the new Pinpoint you’ll dig it as much as I do.
Hope all is well with you Miss Brittany!!

Hi Decorative Diva,
Yikes I’m sorry you’ve had such a bad time with mascaras lately. What were you using before? Hopefully you’ll have a little better luck with the next tube you pick up!!

Hi Nikki,
Ya it’s a nice one! What are you using right now? We should compare notes

I use Paul & Joe Curly mascara or at times the Cover Girl Lash Blast…I can’t really say which one is my HG mascara yet! You are right about comparing notes

Hi Miss Marisol,
You’re quite the MK fan! I dunno, I just can’t get past them as a cheesy franchise even though they’re grown up fashionistas now.. LOL

Hi Nikki,
I alternate between Lash Blast too. Since it’s a cheaper option it helps me to have my splurge mascaras if I balance them with drugstore buys.
I’ve heard a lot about Paul & Joe from The Muse.. the packaging is so cute although I haven’t tried them yet. What else do you use from them?
