Sweet Dreams, My Little Lamb
November 19th, 2008 by Lilan
I’ve been sick and coughing a lot these past few days and probably keeping The Boyfriend from his beauty sleep at night.
So today when I spotted this at Bath and Body Works, I couldn’t help but think of him. Isn’t it adorable?
Mobile Blogging
If you follow me on Twitter, you know that I’ve been spending the past couple days playing with my new G1 phone from T-Mobile.
I’m completely beside myself on how I can draft a blog post on this phone almost as quickly as I can at home. Hopefully I can refrain myself from blogging about every gosh darn thing I see at the mall! LOL

Oooh new phones rock
We don’t mind you blogging about a lot of different things though….

Hey Marisol,
This phone is super fun for me so far. It’s really easy to set up email and IM, just follow their prompts. Even a technically un-savvy person like me can figure it out.
I now need to set up Twitter and I think I might be all good to go. The only complaint I have about the phone so far is that the battery life is eh..
What phone do you have right now? I’m kinda thinking I want to get the new Blackberry when it comes out!

Hi Karen B!
Wait till you read about the Boyfriend’s bday dinner we had in Vegas over the weekend, the food was to die for! I’ve just been a little lazy to write it up for you – it’s picture heavy too. You know how we love food!

I do hope you feel better!
Have you gotten used to the reach with your right thumb?

Hi Decorative Diva,
The reach hasn’t bothered me that much.. strange considering my piano teacher used to make me to finger exercises to stretch my hands so that I could reach more keys.. LOL
What phone do you have now? I can’t recall if you traded in your G1..

I’ve been shopping for phones and was looking at the G1 and the Helio Ocean. I’ll probably go with the G1 as I’m already a Tmobile Customer. I’m currently using the Tmobile Wing, but I hate the number pad. Before that I was using the Sidekick 3, and I LOVED its keyboard, but I HATED having to log into Tmobile’s website to get picture messages, it never worked on my phone. It was soo frustratiing.

I just checked out the site for the G1 phone, very cool. I love all it does.
I like the sleepy time set you saw at Bath & Body Works, too!
I hope your soon feeling better!
Thanks for sharing the info on the phone with us.

Hi Decorative Diva,
One thing I’m finding that’s a little annoying about this phone is that the connection is a little shotty at times and is not updating my emails.
I’m also trying to figure out how to get email notifications automatically w/o having to actually open the phone – it seems I only get the updates when it wakes up from me opening up the phone.
Other than that, it’s super user friendly so far

Hi Elaine,
The G1 def comes with a lot of cool functions. There are some glitches but I’ll try to figure it out
I love all the cute lamb stuff at BBW. They are so soft I just want to fill my bed up with them! LOL

I have the iPhone 3G in white and I <3 it. I had the original one that came out last year and when the 3G came out, I was hesitant to get it but someone offered to buy my old one so I did. I love it. it is an extension of me. hahahaha
You thinking the BB Storm or Bold? Let us know if you do. I know a couple people that have the Curve and they like it.
Or you could get and iPhone. Yes I am an enabler.

Hi Marisol,
Lots of people rave about the iPhone but I dunno.. it’s a cool phone but something about all the hype makes me want to rebel, LOL
I want to check out the BB Storm in person to see how I like it. So far what I’m finding with this G1 phone is that the battery dies way too quickly – that irks me a lot.
I thought it was because it’s a phone where I do lots of stuff on it – what’s the battery like on the iPhone when you’re using it a lot?
