Bobbi Brown definitely isn’t the most student-friendly. But, if you like brighter shades, have you tried out CoverGirl’s Eye Enhancers? They’re a great buy for the budget-conscious

No Bobbi Brown I can get my hands on unfortunately. And I’m in a very small budget since last month (paying for my summer school at Guildhall and all)
