Sunday Fun Poll: SkinGlow Bedding Prevents Wrinkles?
Last week I came across an article on Style.com’s Beauty Counter blog that really caught my eye: a line of bedding called SkinGlow that is “clinically proven to smooth and reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and crow’s feet in just four weeks”.
According to the press release from London Luxury LLC, the New York-based textile company that manufactures SkinGlow bedding, the collection of pillows, pillow covers and comforters contain Cupron Inc.’s copper technology where copper ions are woven into the fabric and are then activated by moisture released from the body during sleep.
Cupron has also published the results with before and after images from their study, implying improvement of the skin’s complexion after four weeks of sleeping on this new line of bedding.
I took a look at the results and although it seems interesting, I’m not quite sure I buy it all. What are your thoughts?
If you’re curious about the SkinGlow line, it’s available at select Bed, Bath, and Beyond stores as well as online. Items range from $19.99 for pillow cases up to $249.99 for comforters.

I don’t think I’ll spring for these, but I’ve been using satin pillow cases for years. It’s suppose to be gentle on your hair and face. I have hair fall-out and frizz at least.

Opps. Less hair fall-out and frizz when I wake up, I mean.

If they say it reduces wrinkles they think we’ll run not walk to go and buy it.. We just need to use alittle common sense. TJMO

Oh, I’m such an idiot, I bought this. The material it’s made with seems cheep and very rough. Overnight it caused friction on my hair. Definitely not as as good as the satin pillow case that I use. This is so gimmicky, and not worth the hype.
