Who:  Recent graduates of San Francisco-based Academy of Art University’s School of Fashion showcase their wearable art projects.  This season’s shining stars are The Britex Fabrics Project, Qianya Martin, Heather Howard & Cat Janky, Scott McFarland, I-Shan Liou & Myoung Hee Kim and Emily Melville & Ivanka Georgieva

The Collection:  A myriad of chunky knitwear for men, burnout print peacoats, boucle jackets and dresses, baggy knits

Face:  Bianca Alexander, MAC’s Director of Makeup Artistry and the makeup director on the show, created the “British Aristocrat” look inspired by sepia photo tones.

Bianca’s “British Aristocrat” look is achieved by emphasizing the models’ natural eyebrows, neutralizing the other colors on the face and depositing a matte burgundy-hued red on the lips.  The result is a strong face that matches the forceful fashions.
