Finger Painting for Grown Ups with JK Jemma Kidd
Remember, those good old days? When everyone thought you were so cute for finger painting at school? Well, now you can get in touch with you inner child artist with the JK Jemma Kidd Fashion Junkie Lip Palette ($28 US).
This kit will let you explore your creative side, just on your lips not on paper.
This palette has nine pigmented glosses/sheer lipsticks that you can mix and match to customize. They are all very shiny and extremely velvety in texture.
Most of the colors are shimmery, but a couple of them are cremes. There is no scent that I can smell, and the palette itself is cute and sturdy, yet lightweight. I love the collage on the front and the large mirror inside.
This kit would probably work best with medium skin tones. However, you could easily mix up some fabulous shades to flatter your skin tone.
For example, there are copper, coral, pinks, and reds in this palette. By mixing copper and red you would get an amazingly flattering orangey, brick color that would suit darker skin colors. Try mixing pink and coral for a bright pop on lighter skin.
Anyone who has a creative streak would love this palette for its versatility and sense of individuality. Although I wish there was a tiny brush included, this palette is an easy way to indulge in some much needed Finger Painting for Adults 101.
