Make a Splash with Coach Freesia Body Splash

coach-freesia-splash.jpg

Back in high school, Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret body splashes were all the rage. Who could forget Country Apple and Pear Glacé? Certainly, not I!

My favorite old-school scent had always been Victoria’s Secret Garden Body Splash in Freesia.  I love the smell of light florals; it’s so romantic and really suits my personality, even after all these years.

Now, a new freesia makes its way onto the scene and has once again, stolen my heart.

Coach recently launched three floral-based Body Splashes ($55 US each), Peony, Freesia, and Iris into its fragrance collection.

Freesia Splash is soft, yet flirty, with notes of mandarin and hyacinth folding into the freesia, rose, and Lily of the Valley to create a pretty, floral heart. As it sits on my skin, I get whiffs of warm sandalwood.

This fragrance really brings me back to high school, but reminds me of how glad I am to be a grown-up wearing this more sophisticated version.  I also love the sophisticated glass bottle with the signature Coach logo all over it.

Do you recall a certain smell that brings you back to when you were younger? What is it? And if you could bottle it up in a perfume, would you? It would be fun to hear what some of your keepsake scents are!
