Recessionistas Rule! An Easy Day-to-Night Look
If I were the partying type of gal, (which I’m not) I imagine that I’d have around 10 minutes to crank up my day look in time for an evening bash.
On top of that, I’m I’d only have room for a couple of items in my pretty little clutch. What can I stuff in there besides my phone, gum, keys, etc? Hmm, I wonder….
My black “day” bag above holds the perfect amount of makeup needed for a simple, yet perky, makeup look. In the morning, I’d apply L’Oreal HIP Kohl Eyeliner in Gold Kohl ($13 US) all over my lid and lower lashline like an eyeshadow. The shimmery gold color is perfect for bringing subtle attention to my eyes.
Next, I coat my lashes with CoverGirl LashBlast Luxe in Black Cabernet ($8.49 US); the not-too-dark black is appropriate for day.
On the lips, I bestow a pop of color with CoverGirl Outlast Lipstain in Everbloom Kiss ($7.49 US) and L’Oreal HIP Color Presso Gloss in Trendy ($13 US). The two shades can be mixed together for a truly customizable caramel-flavored gloss while the stain is lovely for medium pink lips that won’t budge.
Meanwhile, my polka dotted clutch hides easy makeup products that will transform me from day to night. L’Oreal HIP Kohl Eyeliner in Navy Kohl ($13 US) is perfect for smudging onto my top lashline with a pencil brush.
With another coat of the CoverGirl LashBlast Luxe in Black Cabernet on my lashes, the sultry, smokey look takes five seconds.
For the lips, I use CoverGirl Outlast Lipstain in Flirty Nude ($7.49 US) and a dab of the gold color from the L’Oreal HIP Color Presso Gloss in Swanky ($13 US).

These products would be convenient for me to use. I love the L’Oreal HIP Color Presso Gloss, but sometimes i find when the product is half gone, it gets more fustrating to squeeze out. And I must say, your clutch is soo cute!!
