CHANEL Vendetta: Mysteriously Seductive

Chanel Vendetta Nail Colour

Right after my manicure with Rescue Beauty Lounge in Mismas a few weeks ago, I lovingly declared that my nail color for the season would be purple.

And indeed, I found my staple color this year and it’s CHANEL Le Vernis ($23 US) in Vendetta, a limited edition re-promoted shade from last winter.

I love me some vampy shades all year round and this deep royal purple with shimmering blue flecks is as dark as they come without being black.

In regular light, it’s very easy to mistake this shade for a typical goth black but in the sunlight, you can see the true color and I love it.  The finish is silky and exquisite and easy does it in two coats.

Aside from the one week that I’m going to be sporting some bright fuchsia in Mexico next month, I’m going to be wearing Vendetta all season long (and then some) until the spring rolls around again.

CHANEL Le Vernis for Winter 2009 in Diabolic, Vendetta, and Forbidden are now available online or on counters for your polishing pleasure.
