Craving Crazylibellule Solid Perfume Sticks
Have you ever been behind a passenger in the airport security line when the TSA personnel finds a bottle of perfume in the carry-on bag? I’m talking about one of those full-sized, half-empty, glass bottles of perfume.
Luckily it has never happened to me but if it ever did I wouldn’t know what to do. Do I give up my favorite bottle of perfume on the spot or do I postpone to a later flight so I can try to check it?
One of the co-founders of beauty emporium Sephora, Isabelle Masson-Mandonnaud, has created a new line of perfume that will never put fragrance lovers in that predicament again.
Masson-Mandonnaud’s Paris-based Crazylibellule perfume sticks do away with cumbersome glass bottles and pricey travel sprays by replacing the traditional spritz with a quick swipe instead. Oh, and the solid perfume sticks are only a little larger than a lip balm.
The best way to describe the Crazylibellule solid perfume sticks (called CrazySticks) is to think of them like your favorite lipstick or lip gloss.
CrazySticks is that finishing touch that delivers that extra dose of confidence in a potent, portable, scented capsule. Each Crazystick is made of high-quality ingredients and free of alcohol, parabens or artificial colors.
With over 35 CrazySticks and a handful of scented candles and bottled perfumes in the Crazylibellule collection, there is something for every personality. The scents are grouped in four distinct collections:
- Les Divines Alcoves: A sophisticated collection, “Les Divine Alcoves” is a scented study of flowers and essence-rich wonders.
- Poule de Luxe: For exotic, fanciful lovers of beauty, a scented story of vanilla and other delights that captures forbidden fruit in fragrance delight.

My favorites so far are Josephine Jonquille from the Les Garconnes line and Toi Mon Prince from the Les Divines Alcoves.
Josephine Jonquille is a heady blend of ginger, black chocolate, tiare flowers jonquil-jasmine, and cardamom. It’s the perfect primer for a rowdy Saturday night out.
Toi Mon Prince, on the other hand, is a light and yummy mix of mango, Damas rose, apricot, tangerine, and Mirabelle that works for everyday. Toi Mon Prince also happens to a Parisian favorite.
