If having great hair was as easy as what celebrity stylists told us, no one would be walking around with frizzy or lackluster locks. The real problem is that no one has the time to devote. They need wowing ingredients in basic products.

Even so, I’m not willing to fork over $20 a bottle when it goes down the drain. I’ve always had good results with drugstore hair care, so why stop now? Read on for my thoughts on the Pantene Pro-V Ice Shine Collection!

Moisturizers to Soothe Winter-Whipped Skin

This winter has been ridiculous. It’s been weeks since the weather has been above freezing in New York.

As a result, my hands are dry and tight. My elbows and knees are rough and untouchable. And the rest of my body is itchy and uncomfortable. If it weren’t for my go-to body moisturizers, I’d have moved back to Los Angeles last month!

Doctor Recommended: Dr. Kim, my dermatologist in LA (yes, I still travel 3,000 miles for dermatological attention) recommended AmLactin Moisturizing Body Lotion ($28 US) for my dry, scaly skin.
