It’s a vast line-up and well worth the time spent browsing it, but a head start never hurt anyone. Find out below which of the four villains (and the products in their own mini collection) will appeal to you the most when it releases on September 30th!

McCormick & Kuleto’s Seafood Restaurant

On Friday for date night, the Boyfriend and I ventured out to Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco to dine at McCormick & Kuleto’s Seafood RestaurantTip: If you go on a clear day at around sunset, the view of the Bay should be spectacular!

We started with drinks, a yummy Blueberry Lemon Drop for me and a Long Island for him.

McCormick & Kuleto’s Seafood Restaurant offers an extensive selection of seafood with your standard meat options for all you steak lovers out there.  But for our entrees, we both opted for seafood at the recommendation of our server.

Chilean Sea Bass with potato risotto, rock shrimp salsa and a green garlic puree.  The flavors were good on this dish, but don’t be fooled.  The potato risotto was not risotto at all, but rather a dice of potatoes that perhaps was supposed to mimick a “risotto”?  Nonetheless, I liked the shrimp salsa with fresh mango to lighten things up.

Sacramento Delta Sturgeon with English and snap peas, gnocchi and brown butter sauce was the first time I had ever eaten sturgeon.  If you like a firmer white fish, you might like sturgeon.  I, for one, do not.  I felt like I had to saw through my fish, as if I were eating chicken.

However, I did enjoy the peas – a lot.  They were sweet and the snap version were super crunchy and flavorful, so yummy!

To finish off dinner, we ended our meal with a blonde brownie topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drenched in a blueberry sauce.  We could have probably done better, dessert-wise, had we walked across the way and shared a Ghirardelli sundae, but this suited us just fine.

Overall, dinner at McCormick’s isn’t very much more than a tourist spot with a nice view if you happen to be there on a nice day.

If you want to try out McCormick’s for yourself, fill out the entry form below and you’ll be entered to win a $50 gift certificate to dine at one of their many locations across the United States.  Entries will be accepted from now until Friday, September 24th, 2010 at 11:55pm PST.  Good luck!
