Ever since my Valentine’s Day mani, I’ve been a little (overly) obsessed with sparkly, glittery nails. My coworker came into the office with these bling-tastic nails and I knew that I had to rock it on my own tips ASAP.

Pro makeup artists like to say that those with large pores or oily skin should stay away from highlighters in order to prevent from emphasizing them. I am a person with oily skin and sometimes large pores, so it would seem wise to follow this advice.
But I differ. I believe that it’s all about figuring out how to make it work for you then picking the right products. I have a rather large stash of shimmer to prove my point.
