In some of my skincare product reviews from a few months back, I mention that my skin type is combination oily. Fast forward to now and I can’t tell you how shocking it is that it’s inexplicably changed into a combination dry.
Conveniently it seems, the beauty gods have sent me a precious gift with which to satisfy my complexion. It’s a powder. But unlike the ones I’ve used before, it simultaneously smoothes and hydrates dry areas while absorbing oil in my T-zone.
My mom was in town all last week, and by the weekend we had run out of topics to catch up on and gossip about. So I asked her if she wanted to spruce up her look a little bit.
She doesn’t wear a whole lot of makeup on a daily basis so we decided to update her hair color instead. At 53, she barely has any gray, but a little dye never hurt anyone, right? 
We used new L’Oreal Sublime Mousse by Healthy Look ($9.99 US) , an at-home permanent hair color in a mousse formula.
