In My (Beach) Bag: Make Up For Ever Full Cover Concealer

No matter how glamorous it looks in the pages of a glossy editorial, wearing full-on makeup to the beach or pool is a big no in my book. Besides being uncomfortably tacky, how are you supposed to have any fun when there’s constantly a concern about your makeup melting?

Now some things that do work if you’re not as genetically blessed as a supermodel are careful amounts of bulletproof concealer and waterproof eyeliner. That’s my limit yet I’ve seen some girls wear pretty lip stains nicely.

If you’re looking for simple though, I recommend Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil or Tarte’s Amazonian Clay Waterproof Eyeliner. As for the concealer, do yourself a favor and check out the Make Up For Ever Full Cover Concealer ($30 US).

Will the Lush Dirty Collection be the Right Unisex Scent for You?

When I think of the word unisex, it’s the timeless white t-shirt that comes to mind. Like this classic staple, the word unisex implies something clean and simple. For me though this aesthetic is one that can be an iffy situation.

Stay Gorgeous with Humidity-Tested Skincare Favorites

It’s hoooottttt!  I’m currently vacationing in Asia and my body cannot seem to adjust to the tropical heat and humidity.

Thankfully, I arrived prepared as I knew my usual skincare products wouldn’t work as well here as they do in New York.  Even if I adjusted the portions and frequency of use, their formulations are simply better suited for drier conditions.
