If you haven’t noticed, the opening image of yesterday’s post on hand creams is different than the photos I usually publish. That’s because I used Instagram, an app that creatively edits photos on your phone.

I’ve only just started getting into it, but I like how the app requires absolutely no knowledge of photo editing. You simply select filters that tint and shade your photo for cool effects. Above I used a filter that softens the original photo and gives it a warm glow. I’m wearing OPI Designer de Better with OPI Rainbow Connection on top by the way!
