After enduring a ton of (extra) bad publicity after her not-so-good VMA “comeback” performance in September and messy custody battle with ex Kevin Federline, she finally appears to have hit rock bottom this week. A judge temporarily stripped Spears’ of custody of her two young children. The ruling came after key witnesses revealed that Spears’ used drugs and is a danger to her kids, as reported by People.com.

Federline will receive full custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James until further notice starting Wednesday.

I really hope that this will open her eyes to turn over a new leaf in her life and get it together already!

It looks like Dolce & Gabbana just tapped Matthew McConaughey to appear in their new ad campaign! I’m really fascinated by celebrities acting as models and, for me, it makes the ads more interesting - think Chanel and Louis Vuitton.

The upcoming ads were shot in Paris recently by fashion photographer Jean-Baptiste Mondino (see below). Once this campaign hits, I’ll be sure to post images of what’s sure to be “dripping with D&G brand of hard-edged chic and sex appeal” as posted by E! Online.

People.com reported today that Nicole Richie has enrolled in an 18-month anti-drinking program.

Richie was arrested for a DUI last year and was sentenced to only four days in jail this summer. She actually only served 82 minutes in jail; so why would she sign up for an 18-month program? Wouldn’t that put a cramp in her baby delivery schedule? Richie is six months pregnant and is due in December.
