Crystal Says: Weekend Beauty Reads

This little deal that I just have to share with you is perfect for last minute Mother’s Day gifting or a sweet weekend indulgence for yourself. If you happen to live near a Sprouts grocery store, pick up a tin of a Pacifica Solid Perfume! It retails for $9 but is on sale this week at Sprouts for $5.99.

I was happy to see that the location nearest me carries a lot of the scents Sephora doesn’t stock. In the end after sniffing each of the beautiful fragrances, I picked up a tin of Persian Rose for myself. My initial thoughts so far are that it smells like rosewater and seems romantic without being soft.

New Gud by Burt’s Bees Does Sweet and Fragrant

All the great fashion designers do it. From Lauren Ralph Lauren to Vera Wang Lavender to See by Chloe. And now in the beauty world we have Gud, a lower priced sister line to Burt’s Bees, everyone’s favorite natural body care brand.

This relatively new line features cuter packaging and a more whimsical variety of scents and names. It seems like a less serious approach to green beauty, which may just be the nudge you need this coming Earth Day.
