RiRi Woo ($15 US) is a super sassy matte red lipstick that’s a remix of the brand’s original Ruby Woo with a RiRi twist. This shade will be available exclusively online until supplies last, starting May 2nd, 2013. Or, if you’re a concert ticket holder you can snag yours at Brooklyn’s Barclay’s Center MAC Pop-Up Store on May 4th.

Laura Mercier Bohemia Boho Bronze FOTD

Every time I’ve walked through the beauty counters I always stop to check out Laura Mercier’s new Bohemia Collection, a rich collection of desert and marine-inspired shades.

And every time, I’d apply her Lip Colour Shimmer ($22 US) in Boho Bronze on my lips and be on my merry way. However when I stopped by the counter again for the fourth time the other day to swipe Boho Bronze, I knew that it was telling me something and that I just had to get it. I mean, if I have to wear a shade every time I see it that should tell me something right?

Boho Bronze (right) is a copper kissed brown, very similar to an old favorite of mine, Quartz – the very first Laura Mercier lip color I ever bought. It applies smoothly, like a dream, and stays on for a few hours. With vitamins A and E, this lippie helps to keep my pout soft and healthy looking.

Build Your Own Custom Bobbi Brown Palette

Have you seen Bobbi Brown’s customizable makeup palettes yet?

Of course I like the idea of tailoring makeup to my own preference but what I like more about Bobbi’s palettes was the fact that I could possibly carry everything I needed to complete a makeup look in one.

And that means more than just eye, cheek and lip colors. Bobbi Brown takes it one step further and put her Foundation Stick formula into a compact to give us the choice to make a more complete palette. It’s nice to have foundation and color in one so that I pack less when I travel. Or at least try

I’m going to Orange County this weekend and couldn’t wait to try a solid compact since liquids often get tossed out at the airport. After trying this, I had mixed feelings on the foundation compact; it’s definitely something I need to get used to.

Pull It All Together with CHANEL Côte d’Azur Aqualumiere Sheer Lipshines

I’m running so late today – I guess that’s what happens to you when Cinco de Mayo falls on a Tuesday, eh?

But I’m determined not to let that prevent me from walking out of the house looking like a zombie without any makeup on. If there’s one thing that can make me feel completely put together even when I’m not, it’s CHANEL, baby.

CHANEL Côte d’Azur collection for summer brings six gorgeous new shades of Aqualumiere Sheer Colour Lipshine with SPF 15 ($28.50 US) and I just know one of these shades will do just the thing to make me feel ladylike even after three margaritas last night.

It’s Exhilarating: Prescriptives Summer 2009 Color Collection

A summer collection packaged in exhilarating greens and named after scrumptious seasonal fruits is quite a refreshing change from golden bronze hues we usually see during this time of year.

Prescriptives’ new 2009 Summer Color Collection, Exhilarating, is inspired by the line’s classic Calyx fragrance and brings us a new limited edition Calyx Sheer Exhilaration scent along with vibrant shades of Exhilarating Lip Glosses and Lipcolors named after ripe, tropical fruits of the season.

Today I’m wearing Exhilarating Lipcolor in Raspberry ($17.50 US), a lavender pink with a frosted finish. Looking for a bit of shine to brighten up my smoky eyes for daytime, I applied Exhilarating Lip Gloss in Guava ($14.50 US).
