The Holidays are Here with the Tarte Off the Cuff Blush Palette

Tarte Off the Cuff Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush Palette

Coming home to Southern California for Thanksgiving after a few months on the East Coast, I?m especially grateful for its truly perfect weather that I hadn?t appreciated as completely when I lived there. I?m planning on hitting up the beaches and logging in some outdoor cardio.

Another reason I?m so happy is that, to me, Thanksgiving officially signals the holiday season. Who doesn?t love the holidays? warm and fuzzy cheer each year? You can bet I?ll be playing Christmas carols on a loop and indulging in festive baking.

Tarte Off the Cuff Blush Palette

To sweeten this year?s season, Tarte Cosmetics has come out with some great gift sets and palettes. We all are fans of value, and Tarte consistently puts together sets that give an excellent bang for each buck with items that we actually want.

Take a look at the Tarte Off the Cuff Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush Palette ($42 US). As someone who?s been loving the look of sculpted cheeks (see here), this palette has everything I need and more. I like that Tarte offers an array of blush colors alongside a bronzer, which makes a nice contouring shade.

If you look back at previous reviews of Tarte blushes on the blog, you?ll see that I?ve been a fan of them from the beginning. They?re just beautifully soft, which allows them to blend effortlessly into the skin. I don?t usually have problems with cheek products fading, so I didn?t notice these blushes lasting especially longer than others, though Tarte claims they stay vibrant for 12 hours.

Not only would the Tarte Off the Cuff Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush Palette make a wonderful gift for any makeup enthusiast in your life, I really like it for travel since it?s so slim and compact but still offers a variety of options. Unfortunately, this set is sold out online at Sephora.com, so checking in-store at Sephora retail locations is the only way to get ahold of this palette for now.

Do you like gifting makeup palettes? What are your Thanksgiving plans?
