Wanna Be a CORALista Fashionista?

benefit-coralista.jpg

Uhh, I do!

I was playing around with Benefit’s hot new blush, CORALista, today and was looking for some inspiration for my makeup look on BenefitCosmetics.com today.

I’m not sure what it was about the model – her flawless look doesn’t focus on any color, really, she just looked so luminous that gold immediately popped into my head.

To complement CORALista’s warm, golden peach tone, I swept a sheer gold shadow on my lids – try Creaseless Cream Shadow ($19 US) in Samba-dy Loves Me – and then lightly lined my eyes with brown liner.

After finishing my 5-minute makeup look, I decided to continue browsing Benefit’s site and found a few fun things for you to check out:

First, a fun contest to enter – because who wouldn’t want to win the grand prize of a $400 US Benefit shopping spree, a $1,000 US Banana Republic shopping spree, and your very own CORALista powder?  Ya gotta hurry on this one, the contest closes on March 23rd!

Second, a Benefit promo code for 20% off your order of $50 US or more.  Just enter discount code HOTCORAL when you check out.

And finally, an offer for 30% of regular-priced purchases at Banana Republic stores.  Just click the link and print out the page to get your savings when you shop.

Not only is CORALista a fresh blush for spring, it’s also an excuse to revamp your style for the new season!

Happy St. Patty’s Day!

I’m not a huge wearer of green because I’m afraid I’ll end up looking like Kermit the Frog – only not as cute  ;)

What are your plans for this green-beer-drinking holiday?  I’ll likely be home tonight watching the next installment of The Biggest Loser.  I love that show and can’t wait to see who will fall below the yellow line tonight, or will they make it green for St. Patty’s Day?
